We apologize for the inconvenience, but some iPhone/iPad users experience problems when loading the Windguru webpage in Safari. In only occurs for a rather random fraction of users, making it very difficult to reproduce and pinpoint the exact cause for a fix. According to latest findings large majority of those affected (about 80%) are either on iOS 16.7.4 or use a special "Ecosia" browser. It can happen also with other browsers but much less frequently. Android devices using other browsers like Chrome or Firefox, or desktop browsers, should not encounter this problem. Since on iOS, there is really only one browser option (Safari), and it is not possible to install an alternative ("other" browsers are actually same Safari WebKit engine inside), cleaning up all the website data for Windguru in Safari should help. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1) Remove the app and add it again.
1) Go to your iPhone's or iPad's Settings
2) Select Safari
3) Scroll down and tap on Advanced
4) Tap on Website data
5) Find Windguru on the list and then swipe it to the left
6) Now tap the delete button
